February 25, Fineko/abc.az. 18 of the 28 enterprises and facilities of Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation OJSC have been privatized, and 7 of the 11 enterprises and facilities of the non-bank credit organization Aqrarkredit, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan).

58 privatization auctions were held in Azerbaijan in 2025 alone. 2,446 bids were submitted for the auction. 149 online connections were made using the E-Auction software. 644 e-applications were accepted for the property put up for auction.

During the year, 236 small state-owned enterprises and facilities were privatized, shares of 8 open joint-stock companies created as a result of transformation of state-owned enterprises, state-owned land plots with 208 facilities, as well as 1,160 vehicles.

Last year, 18.8 million manats were invested in enterprises privatized through investment tenders, 12.2 million manats were transferred to the State Budget, and 622 jobs were created.

In 2025, State Budget revenues from privatization of state property in Azerbaijan amounted to 135.3 million manats (24.2% more than in 2024). The forecast for proceeds from privatization was exceeded by 23%.
