April 27, Fineko/abc.az. On April 29, Baku Auction Center LLC will host auctions for the sale of real estate of banks in the process of liquidation - Bank of Azerbaijan and Dəmir Bank, as well as on May 13 - AtaBank, Dəmir Bank and AGBank.

ABC.AZ informs that the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Agency, acting as the liquidator of banks, stated about this.

The following real estate objects are for sale:

a non-residential building with an area of 221.6 sq m, worth 200,000 manats, owned by Bank of Azerbaijan, located in the city of Zardab, on R. Kerimov Street;

a non-residential building with an area of 289.9 sq m, worth 360,000 manats, located in the city of Guba, at 150 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, as well as a non-residential building with an area of 71.6 sq m, worth 140,000 manats, owned by Dəmir Bank, located in Baku, Khatai district, block 2951, house 2B, Gadir Mammadov Street;

an uninhabited building with an area of 314.7 sq m, worth 365,500 manats, located in the city of Shirvan, on Heydar Aliyev Avenue, an uninhabited building with an area of 324.8 sq m, worth 420,000 manats, owned by AtaBank, located in the city of Goychay, on M. E. Rasulzade Street, as well as an uninhabited building with an area of 279.3 sq m, worth 490,000 manats owned by AtaBank, located in the city of Shemakha, at 22 Shakhriyar Street;

and non-residential premises in the city of Sumgayit, located at the 47th block, worth 55,000 manats.
