March 18, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb 2026, the State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy) registered 58,996 ownership rights to real estate.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Service, the share of primary registration accounted for 10,448 or 17.7% of registered property rights, while the share of re-registration accounted for 48,548 rights or 82.3%.

State registration of ownership rights was carried out for 12,704 individual residential and country houses, 13,865 apartments, 30,313 land plots, 561 non-residential buildings, 1,452 non-residential premises, 85 property complexes and 16 multi-storey residential buildings. Of the new ownership rights, 14,604 ones accounted for Baku and the rest are divided into regions.

Over Jan-Feb 2026, 41,323 technical passports were drawn up and 10,004 mortgage agreements registered.
