State Budget received 89.6 million manats from privatization for Jan-Apr

May 22, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 4 months, the State Budget received 89.6 million manats from the privatization of state property in Azerbaijan (73.65% more versus Jan-Apr 2025), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Service for Property Issues.

The Service held 23 auctions for Jan-Apr 2026. The shares of three joint-stock companies, 2 small state-owned enterprises, 1 unfinished construction site and 413 vehicles were privatized at auctions.

Besides, the Service concluded 1,636 new lease agreements, including 197 agreements on non-residential property and 1,439 ones on land plots (13.3% more than a year ago). As a result, 25% more funds were transferred to the State Budget from the lease of state property (non-residential and land plots) than a year earlier - 18.5 million manats.

Thus, for Jan-Apr 2026, the State Budget received a total of 108.1 million manats from privatization and lease (62.8% more against Jan-Apr 2025).
