ABC.AZ reports that these words were spoken by Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, during his speech at the press conference held on the official closing of the 13th Session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (WUF13).

The Chairman of the Committee stated that to ensure the safe and dignified return of former internally displaced persons (IDPs) to their native lands, master plans for approximately 110 cities, towns, and villages have already been approved, while plans for other settlements are currently under development.
