June 3, Fineko/abc.az. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and INPEX (Japan) discussed the possibilities of expanding cooperation and joint projects.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to SOCAR, that discussions took place during a meeting between company's president Rovshan Najaf and INPEX Executive Director and Senior Vice President for Projects in Europe and the Middle East Munehiro Hosono within the 31st Baku Energy Week.

At the meeting, INPEX's active participation in projects initiated by Azerbaijan, including successful cooperation with SOCAR, was noted, and exchange of experience, as well as other issues of mutual interest, was discussed.
