May 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) has published the list of documents required for passengers traveling via the Baku-Tbilisi train route.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to ADY that passengers are required to present the original passport when boarding the train. The digital version of the document in the mygov platform has been declared invalid for this procedure. In addition, it is mandatory to provide a travel insurance policy issued in accordance with the requirements of the Georgian side.

It was noted that people traveling with children under the age of 5 must present a free ticket issued in the name of the child. Also, for children traveling with one parent, a notarized consent (power of attorney) from the other parent is required. If the child is traveling without parents accompanied by another adult, it is necessary to provide notarized consent from both parents.

ADY recommends that passengers prepare these documents in advance for a quick and comfortable boarding of the train.
