January 6, Fineko/abc.az. On December 29, 2025, the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) attracted a bank loan in the amount of 35 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to ASCO, that the loan was given for 7 years at interest rate of 7.25% per annum, denominated in US dollars and secured by company's assets.

In addition, in accordance with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated January 10, 2025, in June last year, ASCO received 17.5 million manats in the form of additional capital in order to support company's investment activities.

ASCO was established in 2014. Company's authorized capital is 440.051 million manats, and the company is 100% state-owned.
