September 23, Fineko/abc.az. The defense of the victims in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall petitions to seize the assets of the Agalarovs.

ABC.AZ informs that according to lawyer Igor Trunov, a motion in the criminal case of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall to seize the assets of businessmen Araz Agalarov and his son Emin Agalarov has been accepted by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

The document requests the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to take urgent measures to seize the property of the owners of Crocus Group, Crocus JSC, Crocus Profi Private Security Company, Crocus International JSC, because "it was the Agalarov structures that were responsible for the operation of fire extinguishing systems, control of evacuation exits and building security".
