September 16, Fineko/abc.az. The meeting of the Prime Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) countries will be held in Bishkek on September 18.
ABC.AZ reports that journalists were informed about this on September 16 in the press service of the Cabinet Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
The meeting will be attended by Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov, Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, Kyrgyz Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz, Uzbek Prime Minister Abdullah Aripov, as well as Secretary General of the OTS Kubanychbek Omuraliev.
"During the meeting, priority areas of cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, investments, transport, digitalization, energy, agriculture and other sectors will be discussed," the press service explained.
Further, it was added that it is planned to discuss measures to develop the OTS mechanisms to strengthen cooperation between the countries.
The Organization of Turkic States includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkey. Hungary and Turkmenistan have been granted observer status. The headquarters of the OTS organization is located in Turkey - in Istanbul.
The OTS has taken a significant place in the architecture of international security, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said on September 12, the press service of the head of state told reporters.
