September 10, Fineko/abc.az. The State Agency for Water Resources of Azerbaijan (ADSEA) and SOCAR Green LLC have signed an energy efficiency agreement along with a memorandum of intent.

According to ABC.AZ, the signing ceremony took place today in Baku as part of the 2nd International Water Management Exhibition and Conference, Baku Water Week.
