August 6, Fineko/abc.az. There is a positive trend in the execution of the State Budget for the past 7 months of 2025. During this period, the treasury authorities executed more than 846,000 payment orders and recorded high performance in the implementation of State Budget revenues.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Finance that for Jan-Jul 2025, State Budget revenues amounted to 23.48 billion manats, which exceeded the 7-month forecast by 707.9 million manats, or 3.1%.

Revenue receipts from the State Tax Service amounted to 10.56 billion manats (598 million manats, or 6.0%, more than forecast) from the State Service for Property Issues – 26.9 million manats (6.9 million manats, or 34.4%, more than forecast), other receipts – 488 million manats (323.3 million manats, or 2.96-fold more than the forecast), and transfers from the State Oil Fund – 8.447 billion manats (100.0% more than the forecast).

At the same time, revenues from the State Customs Committee amounted to 3.589 billion manats (102.8 million manats, or 2.8%, less than the forecast), revenues from paid services of organizations financed from the State Budget totaled 368.7 million manats (117.5 million manats, or 24.2%, less than the forecast). 
State Budget expenditures for the first 7 months of 2025 were completed in the amount of 19.944 billion manats against the forecast of 20.586 billion manats (96.9%).
