He noted that the issue of ensuring the base load is also extremely important: "Discussions relating to the use of nuclear energy are ongoing. Decisions about the scale of use of this technology will also have major impact on the future energy balance. As a result, the growth rate may exceed 2%. This largely depends on the political and energy decisions that will be made in the next 5-6 years.

Another important point is that over the years, insufficient funds have been invested in the energy sector. At the same time, after investing in this area, it is impossible to get results immediately - development and commissioning of new projects take years.

For this reason, the formation of a certain supply deficit seems inevitable, and this deficit will create additional pressure on energy suppliers in the future."
