May 15, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Organic Company LLC ceases its activities and joins Azerbaijan Poultry Company LLC.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to Vergilər (the newspaper of the State Tax Service), a second reorganization is being carried out in this regard.

Azerbaijan Poultry Company was established in 2012 on the basis of the liquidated Ucar Agro LLC, part of PASHA Holding LLC.

The authorized capital of the company is 74,455,200 manats.

The company is engaged in the production of chicken meat of brand ‘Mərcan’.
