May 1, Fineko/abc.az. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has made the 18th coupon payment on $100 million of bonds issued on November 1, 2021.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to SOCAR that $1.125 million has been transferred to the accounts of bondholders as part of the 18th coupon payment.

Following the 18th payout, the total income of investors reached $20.25 million, and by the end of the circulation period, the total income will reach $22.5 million.

On November 1, 2021, an auction was held at the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of SOCAR interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds with state registration number AZ2002019894 in the amount of $100 million and circulation period of 5 years.

The coupon rate is 4.5%, and interest is paid quarterly at $1.125 million. The issue is divided into 100,000 bonds with nominal value of $1,000 per security.
