May 1, Fineko/abc.az. The cancellation of customs declarations in Azerbaijan will become possible.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft amendments to the Customs Code, discussed at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.

The customs declaration located in the electronic information system of the customs authorities will be cancelled by the customs authority if the following actions are not performed within 1 month:

if the declared goods will not be imported into the customs territory or will not be exported from this territory;

if the customs declaration returned to the declarant for making corrections will not be resubmitted to the customs authority after making the adjustments;

if the customs declaration submitted to the customs authority is not confirmed by the declarant in e-form.

It will also be possible to cancel short import and export declarations.
