April 1, Fineko/abc.az. The assets of Azərbaycan Alüminiumu will be transferred to the balance sheet of Azəralüminium LLC.

ABC.AZ informs that the Cabinet of Ministers decided that in accordance with the presidential decree dated March 31, 2001 "On approval of the accounts payable of the enterprise, as well as the Agreement on the Management Right of Azərbaycan Alüminiumu JSC, state organizations were granted a 25-year deferral for repayment, as well as to take the necessary measures to repay the debt on the state debt and the guarantee to the Security Fund, as well as the termination of the tax liability in accordance with the Tax Code, to resolve other issues arising from the decree.
