February 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Nakhchivan Industrial Park, established at the end of 2024, as well as the Western Industrial Park, founded in 2026, are currently working for creation of the necessary infrastructure.

ABC.AZ informs, quoting Economic Zones Development Agency’s chairman Seymur Adygozalov, that in general, the created industrial infrastructure contributes to development of entrepreneurship in the regions, the balanced formation of industrial potential and the expansion of economic activity.

"In 2025, 25 business entities in industrial zones received resident status, and 4 entrepreneurs received non-resident status. 14 new enterprises have started operations. These enterprises have invested 136 million manats and created 1,100 permanent jobs.

In addition, due to tax and customs privileges applied in industrial parks, residents saved more than 42 million manats last year," he noted.
