December 22, Fineko/abc.az. As of January 1, 2025, the assets of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) amounted to 4.464 billion manats.

According to company’s financial report, ADY’s liabilities totaled 1.174 billion manats and the balance sheet capital - 3.29 billion manats.

Last year, ADY generated income of 446.246 million manats (0.65% more than a year earlier).

ADY was established by the presidential decree from July 20, 2009. By a resolution of the Cabinet Ministers from February 15, 2010, the Charter and structure of the organization were approved. The authorized capital is 1.996 billion manats. The joint-stock company is 100% owned by the state.
