October 22, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, 2.9 bn manats were spent from the State Budget to restore the occupation-liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs, with reference to the Ministry of Finance, that of them, 2.234 bn manats were allocated for infrastructure projects, 291.7 million manats for projects in the fields of education, health, culture and sports, and 41 million manats for the mine clearance of territories.

For this period, 1.525 bn manats were allocated for the design and construction of highways for infrastructure projects, 461.1 million manats for the construction of new residential complexes, 107.3 million manats for the construction of railway lines, 48 million manats for electricity supply, 44.3 million manats for water pipelines, collectors and structures, 27.7 million manats for industrial parks and infrastructure, 7.1 million manats for geological exploration, 6.6 million manats for the construction of a cable car line in Shusha, Khankendi and Lachin, and 7.6 million manatsfor other works.
Also, according to other expenditure items of the State Budget, 328.7 million manats were allocated to the transport sector and 4.7 million manats for settlement and urban planning and architectural works.
