91.5% of construction works in Baku carried out by non-state building enterprises

September 24, Fineko/abc.az. 91.5% of the overall construction works in Baku for Jan-Aug 2025 was carried out by non-state building enterprises.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Baku City Statistics Department, over the past 8 months, 86.5% of the works accounted for capital's construction enterprises, including construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation, 6.8% for major repairs, 3.7% for routine repairs and 3% for other works.

Over Jan-Aug 2025, Azerbaijani construction enterprises (including individual entrepreneurs) carried out 82.8% of construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation work, 8% of capital repairs, 5.6% of current repairs and 3.6% of other construction work. 88.6% of the overall construction work was carried out by non-governmental construction enterprises.
