Azerbaijan and Argentina sign protocol on trade and economic cooperation

September 8, Fineko/abc.az. In Buenos Aires, Azerbaijan and Argentina signed a protocol on trade and economic cooperation, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Argentina said in a statement, according to ABC.AZ, which cites Report.

The document was signed following the second meeting of the Joint Working Group on Economic and Trade Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Argentina. The Azerbaijani delegation was led by First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev, while the Argentine delegation was headed by Secretary for International Economic Relations Fernando Brun.

The meeting focused on economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, as well as strengthening collaboration in sectors such as industry, energy, healthcare, tourism, and digital technologies.

During his visit, Deputy Minister Aliyev also held meetings at Argentina’s Ministry of Economy and YPF, the country’s largest energy company.
