August 4, Fineko/abc.az. Despite the profit growth of Agrokimya LLC in 2024, net profit declined year-on-year due to rising costs. In 2024, the company made net profit of 6.7 million manats (15% less than in 2023). Although in the previous year the net profit amounted to 7.9 million manats. 

This is stated in company's annual financial report.

Agrokimya’s main operating income for 2024 reached 58.17 million manats (approx. 8.76 million manats, or 18% more against 49.41 million manats for 2023). 

At the same time, the cost of sales also increased significantly, from 36.65 million manats up to 46.96 million manats (a rise of 10.31 million manats, or 28%).
The total profit for this period amounted to 11.2 million manats (1.54 million manats, or 12% less than a year earlier). Taking into account operating profit and other non-core income and expenses, profit before tax totaled 8.38 million manats and income tax – 1.68 million manats.
After receiving this net profit, the share of retained earnings in Agrokimya’s capital dropped to 38.5 million manats. In this regard, the company paid dividends to shareholders last year.
Company's assets amounted to 83.16 million manats, an increase of 10%.
Agrokimya  LLC was established in 2004 and has authorized capital of 10,000 manats. Currently, the company is numbering more than 26 branches and regional representative offices, and also imports and sells medicines and fertilizers for agriculture in Azerbaijan.
