November 16, Fineko/abc.az. As the country's Foreign Minister Gerardo Werthein said in an interview with the New York Times, the country is now reviewing its strategy on all issues of climate change, guided by practical, not philosophical messages.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, country’s president Javier Milei has already recalled his delegation of Argentina to COP29.

According to the FM, Argentina does not deny the fact of climate change, but considers it a natural, not an anthropogenic phenomenon.

"We think this is linked with natural cycles, and we agree on the need to take measures to mitigate it. Now we’ve decided to withdraw our delegation and reconsider our position, nothing more," Werthein said.
