June 5, Fineko/abc.az. Chinese toy giant Pop Mart has decided to gain a foothold in the Russian market.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the Russian media, that the company has submitted applications to Rospatent for registration of two trademarks.

Speech is about Kubo brand. The company sent applications for it back in June. Under this name, Pop Mart plans to sell toys in Russia, as well as various jewelry.

Labubu is a character who looks like a monster elf with a wide toothy smile. It was invented by Hong Kong designer Kasin Lung. Now in the Pop Mart store chain you can find collectible figurines, fluffy key rings and large Labubu dolls.
