May 19, Fineko/abc.az. A memorandum on twinning has been signed between the Azerbaijani city of Shusha and the Turkish city of Trabzon within the framework of the 13th session of the United Nations (UN) World Urban Forum (WUF13).

ABC.AZ reports that the document was signed by Aydin Karimov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district, and Ahmet Metin Genc, Mayor of Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality.

It should be noted that Shusha has been twinned with 9 cities so far. With today's memorandum of understanding, this number has reached 10.
