April 29, Fineko/abc.az. The list of information that the responsible person must provide to the customs authorities in advance regarding vehicles planned to enter the customs territory is under expansion.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the Customs Code.

Under valid law, the person responsible for the vehicle to enter the customs territory is obliged to provide the customs authorities in advance with information about which customs point the vehicle will enter in accordance with the established procedure and form (including in e-form).

The draft law also proposes to oblige the responsible person to provide the information contained in the vehicle registration certificate to the customs authorities in advance.
