China’s contractor Nvidia plans to raise $2.2 bn during IPO

April 13, Fineko/abc.az. Victory Giant is collecting applications for placement in Hong Kong with deal valuation of up to $2.2 bn and expansion potential of almost $3 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that the shares are offered at a discount of nearly 37% to the quotations in Shenzhen, where the securities previously rose amid the AI boom.

Demand is already covering supply, and anchor investors will buy back almost $1 bn. Analysts expect company's revenue to grow by 70% in 2026 amid demand for AI and collaboration with Nvidia.
