ABC.AZ reports that registration will be carried out through the E-Government Information System (EHIS).

Thus, the Ministry of Internal Affairs must determine the possible stages of digitization of the service before June 1, 2026.

By July 29, 2026, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport must digitize certain stages in accordance with the recommendation of the MDDT.

The launch of the service on mygov platform should take place before November 30, 2026.

In this regard, relevant instructions were given to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
