February 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Aghdam Industrial Park has become a regional economic center in a short time. 32 residents and 5 non-residents are registered here, 145.8 million manats of investments have been invested and about 1,000 permanent jobs created.

ABC.AZ informs, quoting Economic Zones Development Agency’s chairman Seymur Adygozalov, that the park already ranks 2nd in the country on the number of residents.

"I’d like to note that when applying for a job, priority is given to the local population. Currently, there are 13 enterprises operating in the Aghdam Industrial Park. The output produced in the park is sold both at the domestic market and exported. Entrepreneurs sold products for 1.4 bn manats in the industrial park, of which output for 62.3 million manats was exported.

There are 19 residents and 3 non-residents registered in industrial park Araz Valley Economic Zone located in Jabrayil district. More than 43.8 million manats have been invested in the park and close to 100 jobs created," he emphasized.
