January 28, Fineko/abc.az. The revenues of the consolidated budget of Azerbaijan in 2025 totaled 47.955 bn manats, which corresponds to the indicator of 2024.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Ministry of Finance, that consolidated budget expenditures last year amounted to 44.65 bn manats, showing an increase of 4.2%.

As a result, in 2025, the budget had surplus of 3.303 bn manats (35% less than in 2024).

Budget revenues of the State Social Protection Fund (under the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population), which is part of the consolidated budget, amounted to 8.9 bn manats and expenditures - 7.518 bn manats. The budget revenues of the Unemployment Insurance Fund reached 242.3 million manats and expenses - 213.3 million manats. The budget revenues of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund totaled 2.6 bn manats and expenses - 2.418 bn manats. Budget revenues of the State Oil Fund reached 17.169 bn manats and expenses - 14.586 bn manats.

The budget revenues of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic amounted to 451 million manats and expenses - 445.6 million manats.
