January 5, Fineko/abc.az. - (special news) - Loans given by the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund (AMCGF) reduced.

ABC.AZ informs that on the basis of a report published by the Fund, for the first 9 months of 2025 (January-September) the mortgage loans given through the agent banks amounted to 365.6 million manats.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the mortgage loans given through the AMCGF totaled 354.4 million manats (a drop against Jan-Sept 2024).

Over Jan-Sept 2025, the volume of preferential mortgage loans given by the Fund reached 66.5 million manats, and the average mortgage loan amount was approx. 94,683 manats. Commercial mortgage loans were given to 3,017 families, and social (preferential) loans to 844 families.
