December 29, Fineko/abc.az. On December 29, 2025, the subscription for shares of MJ Financial Services BOKT OJSC took place at the Baku Stock Exchange, and the placement was fully completed.

ABC.AZ informs that a total of 160 ordinary, registered, undocumented shares were sold at the price of 30,001 manats each.

As a result, the total volume reached 4,800,160 manats.

Only 2 investors took part in the auction, and all the shares were sold. The underwriter was investment company Troni CJSC.
