December 19, Fineko/abc.az. International rating agency Moody's forecasts the Turkish economy to grow by 3.2% in 2025, then by 3.4% in 2026 and 3.5% in 2027.
ABC.AZ informs that such estimates are contained in the Global Structured Finance Report published by the agency, which provides forecasts of economic growth and inflation for the G20 countries.
The report provides Moody's expectations for the Turkish economy for the current year, as well as for 2026 and 2027.
According to the document, the agency expects gradual acceleration of Turkey's economic growth over the three-year forecast period.
Moody's also predicts that inflation in Turkey in 2025 will be about 35% with an acceptable deviation of ± 2%. According to the agency's estimates, inflation will decrease to 22% in 2026 and to 18.5% in 2027.
