October 31, Fineko/abc.az. In total, in the first 3 quarters of 2025, 1.948 million tourists who visited Azerbaijan spent 2.516 bn manats.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that 1.948 million foreigners visited the country during this period, and the average cost of each tourist was 1,292 manats.

The number of tourists this year is 35,000 less than last year. The main decrease was recorded among tourists from such countries as Russia (a drop of 80,000), India (by 48,000), Oman (by 7,300) and Kuwait (by 4,700).

The citizens of Qatar and the U.S. spent the most as tourists. 2,152 tourists from Qatar spent a total of 4.8 million manats and took the 1st place with 2,236 manats per person. The expenses of tourists from the U.S. amounted to 41.5 million manats, and the amount per person was 2,221 manats.
