October 21, Fineko/abc.az. A contract for the supply of turbojet rocket engines has been signed between Turkey and Brazil.

ABC.AZ reports, quoting Osman Okyai, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kale Group.

Okyai noted that the engines developed by the company are mainly used in cruise missiles. He clarified that Brazil has become the first foreign buyer, and delivery to several more countries is planned by the end of this year. Negotiations are also currently underway with 10-12 states.

He also stressed that Turkey has entered a new stage in the production of turbojet engines and has established itself as a reliable participant in the global defense industry market.
