September 27, Fineko/abc.az. President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation has arrived in Azerbaijan with a working visit.

At the Heydar Aliyev Airport the Russian leader was met by First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov, Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and other governmental officials.
