July 2, Fineko/abc.az. The amount of finances spent by the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund in 2024 on “rented apartments” (apartments for rent with the obligation of their sale) has become known.

ABC.AZ informs that last year, as part of this project, the Fund spent 287.7 million manats on construction companies. Expenses in this area increased dramatically last year.

During the year, the AMCGF increased expenses on “rented apartments" by 60.6% or by 108.6 million manats. In 2023, this figure reached 179.1 million manats.

In 2024, the owners of rented apartments paid 18.5 million manats to the AMCGF. In 2023, this figure totaled 11.7 million manats. In other words, AMCGF payments in this direction grew by 58% during the year, or by 6.8 million manats.
