Central Bank’s chair: Manat may grow until end of 2017

Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Elman Rustamov has commented on the situation with strengthening of the national currency.

In an interview for reporters the CBA representative stated that the manat increase is linked with improvement of the balance of payments and rising oil prices.

"The positive trend shows that by the end of the year there is potential for growth of the manat," Rustamov emphasized.
