Demand at Azerbaijan Central Bank’s deposit auction exceeded supply by 4.5 times

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan conducted one more deposit auction on 9 October.

The CBA reports that AZN 100 million were raised at the auction.

"At the same time it was proposed AZN 456.3 million for the auction and average weighted rate on transactions made up 10.01%," the CBA said.

Thus, demand at the deposit auction exceeded supply by 4.5 times.
