Unibank's bonds placed at Baku Stock Exchange

December 29, Fineko/abc.az. An auction on placement of commercial bank Uibank’s bonds with ISIN number AZ2011002022 was held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The BSE reports that Azerbaijan’s Unibank placed bonds for $10 million.

"The volume of the orders submitted amounted to $10 million. The entire volume of the issue of Bank’s bonds was placed," the BSE said in a statement.

As it was reported previously the issue includes 1,000 bonds with par value of $10,000 for the paper.

The bonds are issued for 6-year period (2,190 days) and the yield on them will be 6% a year.

The bonds placement underwriter is investment company Unicapital.
