May 21, Fineko/abc.az. "Bir Kredit NBCO" LLC has announced its financial and business results for the year 2025.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the statement, that at the end of last year, the total assets of the non-bank credit organization (NBCO) increased by more than 25 million manats year-on-year, reaching 108,728,812 AZN. For comparison, this figure stood at 83,480,131 AZN at the end of 2024. The main reasons for the sharp growth in assets were a 15 million manat expansion of the investment portfolio, as well as active lending operations over the last 6 months. Reserves deducted from assets and losses from previous years total 2 million manats.

During the reporting period, the loan portfolio of "Bir Kredit NBCO" reached 11,747,725 AZN. Looking at the structure of the organization's revenue, interest income accounted for the main part of total revenue – 98% (269,528 AZN). The remaining 2% (4,477 AZN) came from other non-interest income.

The financial institution concluded the year 2025 with a net loss of 206,908 AZN. The report notes that the loss was primarily driven by the fact that lending activities only commenced in August of last year, while interest expenses on attracted funds, reserves, and operating expenses had been accumulating since the beginning of the year.

It is worth noting that during the reporting period, the authorized capital of the NBCO was also significantly increased, reaching 99,835,580 manats.
