May 6, Fineko/abc.az. As of today, the updated Rules for the Admission, Listing, Listing Storage and Delisting of Securities of Baku Stock Exchange CJSC have entered into force.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the BSE, that the updated rules ensure greater transparency in the capital markets, new opportunities and compliance with international standards.

According to the changes, the listing requirements have been improved. Thus, market development and liquidity have been increased, a new segment of the "development market" has been created, new opportunities for companies in the real sector presented, disclosure requirements strengthened, a more transparent flow of information provided, delisting procedures clarified, and the interests of investors protected.
