April 3, Fineko/abc.az. Expansion of investment ties has been discussed between Azerbaijan and China, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Azerbaijan Export & Investment Support Agency (AZPROMO).

The relevant negotiations took place during a meeting between AZPROMO and a delegation from the Chinese Center for International Economic & Technical Cooperation (CICETE).

Information on trade and investment relations between Azerbaijan and China was presented at the meeting. CICETE is also the organizer of the China International Exhibition of Services (CIFTIS), held in Beijing. In this context, the possibilities of participation of Azerbaijani companies in the exhibition to be organized on September 9-13, 2026 were discussed.

During the meeting, the sides also covered the prospects of involving local specialists in CICETE's professional development training programs, including sessions on the Chinese market and marketing strategies.
