November 21, Fineko/abc.az. An auction for the placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of non-bank credit organization Ideal Kredit LLC in the amount of 1 million manats was held today at Baku Stock Exchange CJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the BSE, 10,000 bonds with nominal value of 100 manats each were placed through a one-price auction. 51 investors submitted 51 orders for bonds for 1 million manats. In the end, the placement took place completely.

The securities will be in circulation for 5 years. Their annual return is 14%. Interests will be paid monthly. The underwriter of the process is investment company PAŞA Kapital CJSC.

The issuer undertakes to redeem the securities during the circulation period at the price not lower than their nominal value.
