September 30, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has amended the Statute of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), approved by decree from September 8, 2022.

ABC.AZ informs that the president signed a relevant decree.

Under the decree, Agency's responsibilities include taking measures to create (design, build) transport hubs (transport exchange centers), new parking lots (garages) in the administrative territory of Baku and in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as monitoring the current state of protected parking lots in the administrative territory of Baku, as well as managing existing parking lots and car parks (garages) on Agency’s balance sheet.

The Cabinet Ministers and the Ministry must resolve the issues arising from the decree.
