September 12, Fineko/abc.az. The development of the Middle Corridor is creating strategic opportunities for the corporate sectors of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Georgia, according to international rating agency Moody’s, as reported by ABC.AZ.

The agency notes that countries in the region are already benefiting from increased trade and investment.

In addition to the railway sector, demand has risen in logistics, construction, energy, and port operations, driven by major infrastructure projects.

“Local companies benefit from improved regional connectivity and logistics. Export-oriented industries gain access to Chinese and European markets and new opportunities for interregional trade expansion. This primarily includes producers of agricultural products, coal, metals, and fertilizers,” the report highlights.
