September 10, Fineko/abc.az. Management of the mortgage sector is being enhanced in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

According to ABC.AZ, the Prime Minister of Nakhchivan, Jeyhun Jalilov, recently signed a new order to ensure implementation of the decree issued by the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan on August 8 regarding this matter.

The Ministry of Justice, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Mortgage Fund, will present proposals within two months to align regulatory acts with Cabinet of Ministers’ resolutions. Central executive authorities are required to provide, within the same timeframe, information on the need for new regulations. The Ministry of Justice will ensure the final harmonization of the regulatory framework with the decree and report to the Cabinet of Ministers within three months.
