July 3, Fineko/abc.az. In the first half of 2025, mortgage loans in the amount of 232.5 million manats were given at the expense of AMCGF financing.

ABC.AZ informs that the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, in accordance with its charter, successfully continued its activities to improve housing provision for the population for Jan-Jun 2025. The mortgage loans in the amount of 232.5 million manats were given at the expense of the Fund, and 67 million manats accounted for preferential mortgage loans.

Since the beginning of the year, the housing conditions of 1,483 citizens and 789 families have improved due to conventional mortgage loans. The average amount of mortgage loans given in 2025 was 102,340 manats.

In order to ensure access of the population with insufficient personal savings to mortgage loans with a lower down payment, as of July 01, 2025, the AMCGF guaranteed 1,294 mortgage loans in the amount of 116.8 million manats. In total, mortgage loans in the amount of 3.55 billion have been given at the expense of the AMCGF. It allowed to improve the living conditions of 54,800 families. 67% of mortgage loan recipients are young people and young families.
