ABC.AZ reports that the project will be presented on Wednesday, May 24, at the Bella Lounge restaurant of hotel Grand Millennium Business Bay, the goal of the project is to demonstrate the importance of digital assets and cryptocurrencies, which coincides with the upcoming COP28 meeting in Dubai.

Designed in the style of bitcoin, the developer of the hotel plans to use advanced technology. The developer wants to use eco-friendly materials and strives for zero use of CO2. Hotel guests will have the opportunity to use non-reciprocal tokens (NFT). NFTs offer rewards to customers.

According to the plan, guests can place bets in cryptocurrency, receiving an annual interest income, which can be used to pay rent. This approach allows guests to receive financial benefits from their investments in cryptocurrency, if everything works as intended.
